It is the nature of trauma that has not yet been met, at the level where it was first formed.
 

Hypnosis reaches that level.
 

By guiding you gently into a modified state of consciousness - a deeply relaxed, deeply aware and focussed place - we can access the memory your unconscious mind has been holding, often for years.

In this state, you are not reliving the experience. Be reassured on this. You are reviewing it from a place of safety, from an observing point, understanding and unveiling your own innate capacity to heal.
