The value of an online session is your own space.
At the end of the session, you can stay where you are at.
You don't have to break from the deep state of relaxation and contemplation you are in, you can enjoy it and can even fall asleep.
The value of an in person session is the human contact
and energy flow that is more palpable.
It offers you as well a space outside of your own.

Both settings provide the same level of quality and hypnotic depth, the choice between them is just personal and entirely yours.
