Privacy Policy:
 

This privacy policy provides information as to how UntoCo Hypnotherapy collects, uses, communicates and makes use of personal information.

When providing personal information (identity, contact...etc), you consent to receive messages related to organising and confirming appointments with UntoCo Hypnotherapy.

We are committed in keeping your personal information confidential. We do not sell, rent or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency or company, at any time unless strictly compelled to do so by law.

Generally, we use personal information for purposes of administrating our business activities and informing you about promotions, new services and your scheduled appointments.

At UntoCo Hypnotherapy we take the storage of all personal documentation very seriously. Everything we will be discussing as well as all your personal information are confidential. All notes, details and information are and will be securely stored.

We do have a duty though of mandatory reporting in the case of evidence of:

- Harm to self or others

- Child or elder abuse

- Major crime

- If we were mandated to go to Court

 

Appointments, Cancellation & Refund Policy:
 

Appointments must be fully paid at time of booking, to hold and confirm the appointment.

We accept payments by credit card or bank transfer.

No appointment will be held without payment.

We accept appointments cancellation, no later than 48h prior to scheduled appointment. Due to the length of each session, we appreciate your understanding in our need to maintain a well organised schedule. Clients making cancellations, missing appointments or rescheduling a different time on the same day as their appointment, will not received any refund and will be fully charged for the new time scheduled, even if it is on the same day.  No exceptions.

This is being done to ensure that our appointment times are being best utilized. Many clients are needing to wait 1-2 weeks to come in.  If we are given enough advance notice, then we are able to schedule our clients efficiently.

If cancellation is made prior to 48h to scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.

If cancellation is made between 48h and time of booking, no refund will be made.
